Jess Phillips is a local commercial and portrait photographer, who has been in the industry for over 15 years. She is also the founder of Prescott City Guide. When she’s not out taking photos you can find her at any of the local coffee shops, hiking trails, or farmer’s markets. Her passion for the outdoors and yoga, as well as her involvement in the community, keeps her connected to the place she now calls home. She is honored to be nominated for the Maker’s Award.
