Kim Blumstein is the co-founder and operator of Flour Stone Bakery in Prescott Valley, which has been in operation since 2015. Kim has fast become a well-known and highly sought-after cake artist locally and throughout northern Arizona. Her goal is to provide the best experience for her customers and brides, and because of this, Flour Stone Bakery has earned the spot of local favorite for high-quality custom cake design and flavor, gourmet pastries, and artisan bread. Kim uses her artistic design skills to make beautiful classic cakes for occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Kim has been blessed to create and design hundreds of custom cakes and wedding cakes. From baking to creating, and growing the business, Kim’s ambition and passion have been an integral part of the growth and success of her small business. Kim and her husband Igal, are the heart and soul of Flour Stone Bakery. The couple has lived and worked in the tri-city area for over twenty-five years where they have raised two sons and are now proud grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter.
