Rachel has been a foster parent in the Prescott area for the past 8 years. Both Rachel and her husband have fostered many children throughout their time as foster parents, and have adopted 7. They have loved being able to serve our community by helping families, and especially kids through some very difficult times. Rachel has personally wanted to be a foster parent my whole life so she currently living her dream.
