Teresa Manning

Teresa Manning retired after 29 years of service at Yavapai County Juvenile Court in Prescott, being a part of everything from Teen Court to Drug Court, treatment to school P.O.  Raising her daughter in Prescott, she volunteered with the youth program at her church for over 25 years, as well as at a local women’s shelter, girl scouts, and Miller Valley School P.T.A.  She currently works as a Community Health Educator teaching nutrition, gardening, bullying prevention, and Tai Chi to kids in schools in Western Yavapai County, as well as helping monthly with Nature Ninos.  When she’s not hanging out with her husband or walking the dogs, she coordinates her neighborhood food collection for the Yavapai Food Neighbors Project and volunteers at the Community  Juvenile Justice Committee.  Blessed to be a part of this community, working together with many amazing people to keep it in everyone’s hometown, Teresa relies on her 95-year-old mother’s example and energy to inspire her to keep going!
