After outgrowing their previous location, the couple stumbled upon the historic 1877 Victorian manor.
“The inn was up for sale again,” Nancy shared. “I peeked in the windows and walked the property and knew that this gem would be a beautiful event spot.”
Though it shares the name of its past as a lodging facility, today’s Willow Creek Inn is exclusively a boutique event venue, offering no overnight accommodations.
One of the most captivating aspects of the Inn is its versatility. From elegant weddings and family reunions to nonprofit fundraisers and business networking events, the venue is designed to support gatherings that bring people together and create lasting memories. The beautifully landscaped gardens, multiple patios, and historic architecture offer a variety of backdrops for any style of event.
Inside, the manor is adorned with vintage-inspired décor, local art, and lovingly restored features that reflect its rich legacy. Nancy and Eric have curated a space that honors tradition while inviting creativity. As stewards of this beloved Prescott landmark, they approach each event with care, intention, and heart.

Every event includes on-site support, and clients can choose between a flat-rate venue rental or a comprehensive all-inclusive package. “We offer a flat rate venue rental fee or the very popular inclusive package, which includes an extensive value of professional vendors we hire for the event,” Nancy said. “It gives our clients the freedom to plan their perfect day—without surprises.”
To better serve guests year-round, the couple recently added a 20 x 30 tent to the outdoor space—providing more room for larger parties and a reliable backup option in case of unpredictable weather.
Upcoming events include seasonal tea parties, a New Year’s Eve celebration, and mixers through the Arizona Business Collective. As Prescott continues to grow, Willow Creek Inn remains a true gem—a space where life’s moments are celebrated with style, heart, and community spirit.
