For Tiffany Bustillos, leadership didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started with long days, longer nights, and a determination to build something better for her family.
As the owner of Prescott House Cleaning, Tiffany’s journey into entrepreneurship is rooted in grit and passion. Just a few years ago, she was balancing a full-time 8-to-5 job while cleaning her church at night and taking on Airbnb clients on weekends. Days off were nonexistent. The pace was relentless, but so was her drive.
Leading with Heart, Purpose, and Community
For Makayla Chadwick, leadership has never been about titles. It’s about people.
As a State Farm Insurance Agent in Prescott Valley and President of Prescott Area Young Professionals (PAYP), Makayla has built a career rooted in service, connection, and community impact. Whether she’s helping a client protect what matters most or creating opportunities for young professionals to grow, her work reflects a consistent purpose: showing up for others in meaningful ways.
Finding Her Voice and Using It for Others
Isabelle Brown, a full-time student at Prescott High School, is proof that leadership has no age requirement — and no single path. While balancing academics, she serves as president of The Launch Pad’s Teen Advisory Council, volunteers with Prescott Public Library’s Teen Advisory Group, and participates in Interact, including a transformative international service trip to Kenya.
Empowered: Life Lessons of Everyday Women – A Podcast For Every Woman.
In 2025, Charlene Schosser and Rebecca Horvath began a journey to create a podcast that would inspire others. Empowered: Life Lessons of Everyday Women (ELLEW) is a podcast where women from a variety of professions share their insights and perspectives on both work and home life.
What started out as a simple discussion at a book club between Charlene and Rebecca took them on a journey they never imagined. A passion project and a leap of faith soon turned into conversations with amazing women with incredible stories to share.
Building Brands That Feel Aligned
Stephanie Lauderback believes branding is about trust — not trends.
As founder and lead strategist of Studiolit in Prescott Valley, she helps small businesses clarify who they are and communicate it confidently. Her work goes far beyond logos and color palettes. She educates business owners on strategic positioning, long-term thinking, and sustainable growth. That passion for education extends into the classroom — Stephanie also teaches design at Yavapai Community College, where she helps the next generation of creatives develop their own strategic foundation.
Leading from the Heart of the Community
For Casey Van Haren, libraries are not quiet buildings lined with books — they are living, breathing community hubs.
As Library Director for the Town of Prescott Valley, Casey serves at the intersection of information, equity, and connection. A fifth-generation Arizonan and Prescott native, her return home was intentional. She wanted to invest her experience, leadership, and vision into a community that shaped her.
Under her direction, the Prescott Valley Public Library has secured more than $400,000 in Library Services and Technology Act grants, expanding digital access, educational programming, and critical support services. The creation of a Community Resource Specialist position ensures seniors, veterans, and individuals navigating difficult life transitions have compassionate guidance. The library also operates a free food pantry — reinforcing the belief that access to knowledge must be paired with meeting basic needs.
Barb Snyder: Leading Beyond the Noise
For Barb Snyder, leadership has never been about titles—it’s always been about service.
As Vice President of HR Strategy and Consulting at OneDigital, Barb’s work centers on helping organizations and people grow with intention. Her passion lies in solving complex problems, removing barriers to success, and helping leaders rediscover purpose and joy in their work. “I love it,” she says simply—and you can feel that conviction in everything she does.

Out of Grief Came Joy
I am Danielle Derois, a stay-at-home mama who owns Old Soul Creatives, a small mobile paint and sip business, hosting monthly classes and private events.
Before having kids, I worked for the Prescott Unified School District and Yavapai County … and now people pay me to paint! It’s so surreal and I feel so lucky! To be able to be a hands-on, present mom and still be able to bring in a source of income to help my family feels so empowering.
