24th annual Empty Bowls event, benefitting local food banks, planned for Sunday, September 12

Head down to the Courthouse Plaza between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 12 to choose a bowl hand-made by a local artist, fill it with delicious soup prepared by area chefs, and support quad-city food banks.

The annual Empty Bowls event, organized by the Prescott Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation, benefits local food banks (and raised and distributed $21,000 in 2020).

This year the cost is $20 and includes one custom-made bowl and two bowls of soup.
