Prescott’s Bridal Affaire Expo Takes Place March 7, Marking its 16th Year

The Bridal Affaire Expo, the friendliest in Arizona, marks its 16th year in 2021. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 7 at the historic Hassayampa Inn in downtown Prescott. Presented by StarStruck Event Planning, the Expo is free to attend.

Tahna Falk, owner and creative producer at StarStruck Event Planning said she and her team take pride in the exceptionally friendly atmosphere at the Prescott Bridal Affaire Expo. “It has, hands-down, the friendliest and most welcoming vibe of any of the expos I have attended across Arizona,” she said.

“It has been so important to me to keep a friendly atmosphere, and a hometown feel,” Tahna said. “I want to stay in the heart of downtown.”

That’s why, even when the event outgrew the Hassaympa’s main space, “rather than move out, we moved up – onto the roof!” (Now, exhibitors stage on the hotel’s Marina Rooftop.)

Attendees should expect to mingle and spend several hours exploring the Expo.

“Wearing comfy shoes the day of the Expo is a must!” Tahna said.

As attendees peruse, they can expect to see gown, hair, and makeup models, strolling musicians, and taste samples of foods and desserts available for their special day. There are raffle prizes given away every 30 minutes, and attendees won’t miss a thing with Sky City Audio announcing the winners, which can be heard throughout the Hassayampa Inn. Engaged couples will receive a swag bag full of goodies when they arrive at the event. There is also a grand prize and mini grand prizes—worth thousands of dollars in total—given away at the end of the day to some very luck couples.

The event’s exhibitor booth spaces typically sell out, which speaks to the quality of and passion for the event; industry experts for years have enjoyed being able to take part. Vendors are able to offer contests and product samples at each booth.

StarStruck Event Planning has also carefully curated a keepsake Bridal Resource Guide. Not only can future brides use it during the event to find vendors, but she hopes they’ll also consider it a keepsake after the event as they plan their weddings. The guide contains a map of the event layout, a section for notes, vendor information, and articles that feature the must-haves and go-tos of the year.

“I am so proud of this keepsake we have created for attendees,” Tahna said.

Tahna said, “The Bridal Affaire Expo is the largest and longest running wedding expo in all of Northern Arizona. The event is so loved by the Prescott community and has found much support from local businesses.”

The Co-Hosts of the Expo are the historic Hassayampa Inn and Verve Events & Tents. Findlay Prescott Subaru is the Diamond Sponsor, followed by Strada Salon as the Gold Sponsor. Silver Sponsors include Arizona’s Finest Wedding Sites and Services, Prescott Woman Magazine, The Daily Courier, Magic 99.1, Lonesome Valley Newspaper, Blushing Cactus Photography, Motion Candy Media, Sky City Audio, and SignalsAZ.com.

Tahna and the StarStruck Event Planning team are proud to host the 16th Annual Bridal Affaire Expo, but also recognize these are uncertain times. They are doing everything in their power to bring Prescott and Northern Arizona this annual community event as they feel it is a long-standing tradition and a very important event for engaged couples planning their weddings, as well as industry experts ready to assist in making memorable events for these couples.

They are committed to providing everyone with a safe environment, following CDC guidelines, so that everyone can attend and enjoy. They look forward to seeing you between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the historic Hassayampa Inn.
