What began as a lifestyle magazine has evolved into a dynamic, digital-forward brand rooted in storytelling, connection, and community uplift.
We spotlight the women who lead, create, serve, and inspire — entrepreneurs, artists, educators, advocates, and changemakers whose work shapes the place we call home. Through powerful profiles, thoughtful features, and meaningful conversations, we go beyond the surface to share stories that matter.
Today, our storytelling lives across multiple platforms. Through the She Spark Podcast, we amplify real conversations around leadership, purpose, growth, and connection. Through the Prescott Woman Awards, we honor women whose courage, compassion, and contributions make a lasting difference. And through Portraits with Purpose, we combine storytelling and service, using photography to give back and uplift local nonprofits.

A Rockin’ Good Time
Friday, August 4 through Sunday, August 6, folks can find anything their heart desires related to rocks and minerals: finished one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, rough rock, slabs, fossils, mineral specimens, equipment, beads, findings, and so much more. Featuring more than 60 vendors from around the western United States, the show will not disappoint.

The Synergy of Women Coming Together
Local business owners Cecilia Lookingback and Candace Devine believe that when women come together, authentically, they can achieve powerful results.
Since the two met, they have cross collaborated on many projects, sponsoring and promoting each other’s brands. The latest example of that: their brands will work together during the Pure Imagination Festival on May 20 in Prescott, alongside a lineup of other local businesses and partners.
The relationship Cecilia and Candace have developed is about an even bigger movement: women empowering women. Candace said she’d love to see businesses cross collaborate on a larger scale, choosing female-led partners to support one another.

Living at Home, with Dignity
Deteriorating health and not being able to live at home are among older adults’ greatest age-related fears, according to a recent study of people age 55 and older. Dementia of any kind makes the list of medical conditions that seniors dread most.
The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care (ADC) program – launched recently by Dignity Health, Yavapai Regional Medical Group – addresses these concerns and more. The program provides the infrastructure dementia patients need to continue living comfortably in the community.
