Today, our storytelling lives across multiple platforms. Through the She Spark Podcast, we amplify real conversations around leadership, purpose, growth, and connection. And through Portraits with Purpose, we combine storytelling and service, using photography to give back and uplift local nonprofits.

Another Layer of Adventure
Puzzle Rides Prescott is the state’s only mobile escape room, offering scavenger hunt adventures on golf carts for up to ten people.
Founder Katie Dufort created the idea during the pandemic, pivoting her golf cart shuttle service to the game model for people of all ages. In the first year of launching, Katie and her head puzzle master, Shawna Rodriguez, gave more than 2,500 rides to locals and visitors.

An Adventure, Every Day
Of the 113 employees at Drake Cement in Paulden, only 10 percent are women … and those women work in every part of the company, from the office to the lab to engineering.
“Everybody just fits,” said Karen Otis, Administrative/Community Involvement Coordinator. “If people come in here and they want to do the job, we’d love to have them. Everybody’s done a really good job for us.”
The women sounded off recently, sharing with PWM their experiences working at Drake.

Arizona Provider Training: Paving the Way to Excellence with Quality Instructors and Programs
Arizona Provider Training (APT) has made its mark throughout the state by providing affordable classes and certifications in both English and Spanish that help students land a fulfilling job or further understand and prepare themselves for a current life situation. From school teachers, nurses, daycare center employees, babysitters, human resource employees, and Direct Support Professionals, graduates receive quality training by leaders who connect with the students by preparing them for real-life situations through authentic training and life experiences.
