If you’ve been hibernating since the cold weather hit Prescott Valley, then you’ve missed all the amazing updates Rafter Eleven has embraced to start off 2023. It’s a major makeover and it’s all because of input from community members like you.
The highlights: an interior renovation that lets you watch live music from inside and a total menu revamp, including cocktails!
We all know the saying, ‘Home is where the heart is,’ and Rafter Eleven truly embraces that mantra. A cozy corner with large leather lounge chairs and an armoire decorated with naturally flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegar give the newly renovated space a familiar feel as if you’re visiting your old family home
The quaint aesthetics aside, the new food menu is what really makes you feel at home. Don’t worry; the bruschetta, slow-roasted nuts, and specialty scones are still available, but now there’s an array of new bruschetta flavors and even newer menu items! Rafter Eleven is now serving full meals, ranging from decadent quiches to soups made from scratch, and elevated desserts like crème brûlée. You can come in any time of day (or night) and find something tasty to satisfy your sweet or savory tooth.
The ambiance is warm and welcoming and the new menu items are foodie-blog worthy, but what makes Rafter Eleven your true home away from home is the friendly service and wide range of events you can do with your own family.
From curated cooking classes to tipsy paint-and-sip events, and live music every Friday and Saturday, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at Rafter Eleven.
The proprietors of this locally family-owned business strive to maintain that small-town feel that welcomes anyone and everyone who walks through the door.
