Telling the stories that shape our community.

Prescott Woman Magazine is Northern Arizona’s premier women-focused media platform, dedicated to celebrating the voices, stories, and impact of the Prescott Quad Cities. What began as a lifestyle magazine has evolved into a dynamic, digital-forward brand rooted in storytelling, connection, and community uplift.

We spotlight the women who lead, create, serve, and inspire — entrepreneurs, artists, educators, advocates, and changemakers whose work shapes the place we call home. Through powerful profiles, thoughtful features, and meaningful conversations, we go beyond the surface to share stories that matter.

Today, our storytelling lives across multiple platforms. Through the She Spark Podcast, we amplify real conversations around leadership, purpose, growth, and connection. Through the Prescott Woman Awards, we honor women whose courage, compassion, and contributions make a lasting difference. And through Portraits with Purpose, we combine storytelling and service, using photography to give back and uplift local nonprofits.

More than a magazine, Prescott Woman is a movement — a trusted platform for women’s voices, a connector of community, and a catalyst for positive change. We believe stories have power, visibility creates opportunity, and when women rise, communities thrive.

Join us as we continue to celebrate Prescott — digitally, boldly, and with heart — one story, one spark, and one woman at a time.

Something New is Cooking in Prescott

Something New is Cooking in Prescott

Food, whether in the making or eating of it, has been a source of the community since humans began using fire. A uniquely food-centric form of community has just opened in downtown Prescott.

Having a commissary kitchen in Prescott has been the dream of many, especially Kathleen Yetman, Executive Director of Prescott Farmers Market (PFM.) She first saw the need for such a space when PFM conducted a feasibility study for a local food center in 2018.

Fast forward three years to PFM receiving grant funding from the Department of Agriculture, and now the dream has been realized through NoCo Community Kitchen. Named after its location, NoCo is bringing new life and new members of the local food community to North Cortez Street just two blocks from where PFM began 25 years ago.

Members of each board review their assigned cases until permanency is achieved. As children return home, are adopted, have guardianship granted or age out of the system, new cases are added to the board’s review day.  The Board makes recommendations to the Juvenile Court and interested parties involved in the case.

Feeling the heat? Jump in the lake!

Inspiration – How do you access the creativity to create change?

Inspiration – How do you access the creativity to create change?

As we close out one year and usher in a new one, we take a moment to reflect on the past and consider how we’ll renew ourselves as we set goals for the future. We first take stock of ourselves. Every inspirational discussion, from “Tiny Buddha” to a myriad of inspirational quotes, points to change happening from within. No matter what our spirituality or level of mindfulness, the years have taught all of us the truth in that.
