Liberty Casarez’s giving heart has served her well in her position as the Community and Public Relations Director for Findlay Automotive Group Prescott’s Toyota and Buick/GMC Dealerships. Her passion, determination, and commitment to making a difference in her community have been evidenced since she arrived in Prescott nearly a year ago.
In just a short time here, Liberty has immersed herself in the Prescott community, joining the local Boys and Girls Club chapter and the Prescott Rotary Frontier Club, and contributing time to amazing organizations and events such as Prescott Area Shelter Services, Boys to Men Mentoring, Relay for Life, both the Christmas and Rodeo Parades and many, many more!
The proud mother of two, Alexx and Dora, takes pride in making a difference and being a bridge for the community.
“I want our community to see who Findlay is and that we all grow together,” she said.
Providing a different experience has always been an important key to the dealership. “I want everyone to feel welcome and not be intimidated when visiting our dealerships.”
Born in Durango, Mexico and raised in Riverside, California, Liberty worked as a Financial Aid Manager before entering the automotive industry. She joined the Findlay Automotive Group in Bullhead City in 2014 and started her career as a salesperson before being promoted to Internet and Marketing Manager positions.
Before transferring to Prescott, Liberty was influential in helping to propel Findlay’s Bullhead City dealership to a level of community prominence it had yet to realize. To foster this growth, Liberty attended numerous community events and volunteered her time and services when needed. She was involved with the local Chambers of Commerce as well as the Rotary, Kiwanis, and Boys and Girls Clubs. Thanks to her service, Liberty was eventually was asked to join the boards of directors for many organizations.
“My favorite event in Bullhead,” she said, “was teaming up with Kaboom and helping to build a playground.”
A proponent for mentoring, Liberty cherishes the opportunity to show others the insight and experience she has gained to help them build their business and realize their own dreams and aspirations.
“I truly love what I do and love Prescott,” she said. “Community work starts with us. We can always make a difference and working for a company that believes deeply in community work is a true blessing. I love my job!”
