As society returns to a state of post-pandemic normalcy—most of us are ready to put to rest the fear and chaos COVID-19 brought—it’s time to shine a light on those who persevered in ways some of us will never understand. We are so proud of our nurses, teachers, frontline workers, and service industry workers. We also want to give credit where credit is due to the teachers at the Juvenile Justice Center who showed up every day, providing their students with the education and skillsets they deserve.

I get a lot of questions about hormone health, and it’s put me on a mission to educate as many women as I can about their hormones.
The one thing that is essential to know about hormone balance is this: you’ll never achieve hormone harmony if your cells aren’t healthy.
Our hormones work and flow together like a symphony: some crescendo while others fall, only to rise again in their own rhythm and pattern. The overall effect can be beautiful harmony, or a jarring mess.

Cave Castle of the Granite Dells
The wild, soulful beauty of the Granite Dells inspired John and Happy Oasis to co-create the first modern Cave Castle in Arizona. They began by quietly observing, over several seasons, the dappled sunlight sparkling between the trees and rain rippling down the ridges letting the land speak to them as to how to build into a cliff. Honoring the cliff, ancestors and surrounding nature, was an important motivating element before commencing their adventure in architecture in 2017.
