Amanda Adam

Amanda Adam is a PHS and NAU grad who left in the 90s and explored the world for 20 years. During that time, she lived on a sailboat in the Ventura harbor, abroad teaching English in Slovakia, in Spain as a student, and in England to work on screenplays with a NY Times bestselling author. After moving back home to AZ, she met her husband and moved around again for another six years for his career with the Marine Corps until finally coming back home for good with their two kids and dog! She first started Bear & Dragon as a food truck and was open for a year and a half before moving forward with the brick-and-mortar location. She’s also a published author of two books and is working on the third.
