Ashley McDonough is the Executive Director of GEM Corps, a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to environmental stewardship, service, and youth leadership. Her work connects people to purpose, growth, and one another, centering on impact, access, and belonging in everything she does. Ashley’s path has included several career shifts, each one guiding her closer to the work that feels most meaningful. Rooted in her love for Prescott, she is now expanding into her next chapter: Ashfrida Beauty, a passion project that honors self-expression, storytelling, and visibility for women over 50. Whether leading service initiatives or celebrating beauty in all forms, Ashley is committed to building a more connected, compassionate community—one relationship at a time.
