Carol Northrup

Carol is a retired USAF officer, mother of three amazing grown children, and wife of Parker Northrup, who is also a retired USAF officer and currently serves as the Chair of the Flight Department at ERAU. She was born in Holbrook but moved away from Arizona as a young child, not returning until her retirement in 2017 after 29 years in the Air Force. Carol spends most of her time on the trails, either backpacking, trail running, or volunteering at trail races. Although she has hiked and run all over the world, Arizona remains her favorite place for adventure, as the diversity and beauty of the state are unmatched. In addition to her love for the trails, Carol enjoys good books, good coffee, and spending time with her family.
