Julie Brown Pflueger

Julie is the fierce Marketing Director for PASS, where she impacts the lives of homeless women and children in Yavapai County. As an Event Planner, she is known for creating exceptional celebrations. Julie brings recognition to Prescott by serving on the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events, a role she assumed after moving to Prescott in 2015, when she reconnected with her college sweetheart. Julie enjoys getting involved and giving back to her community. In Prescott, she has been involved with many impactful organizations, founding the Festival of Trees Prescott in 2018/2019 and relaunching FOT with StarStruck Event Planning in 2021/2022, supporting the launch of the Giving Machine Prescott in 2023, and serving as Co-Chair for the inaugural 2024 and 2025 Prescott Event Alliance Industry Showcase. Julie’s enthusiasm and contagious drive, coupled with her commitment to making the world a better place, have a lasting impact on our community every day.
