Over the past fifteen years, the Wagners have been a part of the construction industry in Prescott and have watched firsthand the growth of this town. For the past five years, Courtney worked as the business manager for Wagner Flooring LLC, which she owned with her husband. In December 2018, she decided to change careers and became a Loan Originator and is now a Business Development  Manager for the Riggs Team at Guild Mortgage, focusing on helping families purchase the homes she and her husband had been a part of the building throughout the years.

After growing up in an artistic family here in Prescott, Arizona, and a short go at working for her brother in the Los Angeles movie industry, Sadie moved to Durango, Colorado to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and attend Fort Lewis College. While working toward her bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Sadie also excelled in business and marketing classes, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. The timing of her education coincided with the global transformation to doing business online, which would tie Sadie directly into her future career at Sadie Sarti Design Co.

Stevie Vawter’s deep-rooted passion, not only for her work in the construction industry but also for the impact she may have on the future success of our community, is only rivaled by her creativity, dedication, and pride. All of this combines to propel her into future leadership roles not only at Fann Contracting, Inc., but also in the community as she strives to become a strong role model, for upcoming young females through mentoring and like-minded partnerships.

Customer care and creativity lead the way for Jennifer Jividen DeWees in her role as sales manager for Ponderosa Hotel Management Services, which oversees revenue-building at Residence Inn by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and Quality Inn by Choice. When I was a girl I would put on plays for my parents in the basement. I inhaled books constantly and loved creative writing. I had a wild imagination and would watch movies that captured my imagination, over and over again, like The Swiss Family Robinson and The Sound of Music.

I was born in Sacramento, California on McClellan Air Force Base and moved to Prescott when I was two. After high school I attended Grand Canyon University and graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics. I met my husband Joe McAnally in Prescott. He is a local graduate of Prescott High School.

I moved to Prescott 5 years ago from Gilchrist Oregon after graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Business/Marketing.  Relocating to Arizona with my husband, Aaron, was supposed to be a short term reprieve from the snowy winters.  Prescott quickly became a home away from home with friendly faces, four wonderful seasons of weather and excellent outdoor life.
