Now more than ever, our health and wellness are at the forefront of our minds. It is for this reason that Intravenous (IV) vitamin drips are becoming more and more popular. Because IV vitamins are directly infused into the circulatory system, bypassing the gut, intravenous vitamin absorption and utilization is far more effective than supplements taken orally.
The first intravenous vitamin drip was pioneered in the 1960s by Dr. John Myers, who formulated the “Myers’ Cocktail” for the treatment of a wide range of clinical conditions. Today, the modified Myers’ Cocktail, which consists of combinations of magnesium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin C, and zinc, has been found effective against fibromyalgia, depression, asthma, migraines, fatigue, muscle spasm, and other disorders.

Morris Center (Northern Arizona’s only assisted living community dedicated solely to dementia care) has served hundreds of women and men and their families living with Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and memory loss.
Expand Your Awareness, Enjoy More Beautiful Experiences … and Keep Yourself Safe

Being alert in your environment can boost good energy and serve as a vital warning, contributing greatly to your safety. Awareness is an often overlooked, yet critical protection skill. Awareness can assist your ability to prevent trouble.

Are Your Kids Getting Their Zs?
Matthew Hinton, MD, has been providing quality, compassionate care to local children and their families since 2004. He’s a member of the YRMC PhysicianCare Ponderosa Pediatrics team, whose focus is honoring parents as the true primary caregivers of their children, and creating a therapeutic alliance to help children reach their health potential. We spoke with him recently about the growing concern that children aren’t getting enough quality sleep.
Coaching for Success
Despite boasting completely different resumés, when several local women spoke about the experience of coaching young women, they expressed three strikingly similar themes.
What to Know About the Sunshine Vitamin
When they say everybody needs dairy, they’re partly talking about vitamin D. According to science, this fat-soluble vitamin helps the body absorb the calcium and phosphate it needs to build and preserve bone strength.
Taking Healthcare Full Circle
At Prescott Complete Care, people can expect nothing short of excellence. It was founded around the philosophy of treating the whole person—to address immediate concerns and the bigger picture of a person’s health—and on the principle of excellent care and communication.
Peace of Mind Through Prevention
Have you or your friends or family ever had an abnormal Pap Smear, or cancer of the throat? If so, that was HPV, or Human Papillomavirus, a common family of viruses that most individuals will come into contact within their lifetime.
You, and Your Weapons
Truly dangerous situations are violent, and they change quickly. You may not have the time or the clarity of mind to make it to that weapon on which you rely.
