Ideas for making spring soirees extraordinary
By Dawn Wasowicz
Spring is in the air and celebrating is meant to share at Rafter Eleven!
At Rafter Eleven we like to take a special time in someone’s life and make it extraordinary. We do this by listening. We take your goals, your ideas and your vision and turn them into realities by adding our positive energy, creativity, and professionalism.
With Easter arriving, moments until Mother’s Day and graduations everywhere, Rafter Eleven is gearing up with some tasty treats to make your dreams come true.
Since moms love sparkle, we recommend Akakies Sparkling Rosé from the Peloponese region of Greece and a beautiful batch of Berry Lemon Scones.
For the graduate, let us do the work for you from appetizers to desserts, live music, and indoor and outdoor celebrations.
For Easter, we are sharing one of our all-time favorites: rack of lamb. All you need is a bottle of Wild Rosemary Olive Oil complemented by our Fig and Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar and a smoked black pepper.
Rafter Eleven is at 2985 Centre Ct. Suite B in Prescott Valley. Call 928.227.2050 or visit www.raftereleven.com for more information.
Easter Celebration Lamb:
With this recipe, rack of lamb becomes an elegant centerpiece for your Easter Celebration.
First, make the rub. Mince in a food processor 2 teaspoons of a kosher sea salt, 6 cloves of fresh minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of smoked black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the lamb.
Next, make the marinade. Combine ½ cup Wild Rosemary Olive Oil, ¼ cup Espresso Balsamic Vinegar and 2 tablespoons Fig Balsamic Vinegar and marinate the lamb for 2-6 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Roast the lamb for 15 minutes for very rare.
Bon Appetit from Rafter Eleven!
