Local personal trainer empowers clients to transformation and radiance

At 26 years old, fitness is one of the greatest joys in my life.
The old me would never recognize the current me. I once looked in the mirror and did not know the woman staring back at me. I had an eating disorder and was in a physically and mentally abusive relationship. Then I had my daughter.
I made the decision to leave and change my life because I wanted to show my daughter that beauty and strength comes in all shapes and sizes, that weaknesses can be turned into strengths, and that she can overcome anything. My journey started the day I realized that I am enough and that my past does not define my future.
As of February 2020, I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a published model, on track to receiving my NASM Nutrition Coach Certification, and striving to continue these pursuits full-time! Most importantly, I am a mom to a beautiful 6-year-old girl.
Realizing that self-transformation was possible for myself motivated me to pursue a career where I could teach others this magic. I want to give this gift of transformation to others.
Strength training is beneficial in more ways than one. It builds strength inside and out. Not only does fitness improve physique, but it also changes the way someone feels mentally, physically, and most of all, emotionally.
I have chosen to use all of my past experiences to fuel my workouts. Whenever I have residual feelings of being discouraged or insecure, I grab a heavier weight, or I do that one last rep that I didn’t think I could complete. I have realized I am much stronger than I once thought.
I can do anything I set my mind to and so can you!
I named my business Radiance Fitness because as a personal trainer, my goal is to help my clients find the confidence within so they can glow from the inside out!
